Sanâa N.

Sanâa N. serves as the IR, Communication, CSR & Strategy Director at ENGIE Africa since August 2024, while also holding a position as a board member of the Conférence des grandes écoles (CGE) since February 2021. With a career at ENGIE from January 2010 to September 2024, Sanâa N. has held various leadership roles, including Global Head of Academic Relations & Partnerships and Global Head of Talent Acquisition Strategy, where responsibilities included developing group strategies, managing academic relations, and enhancing recruitment processes. Prior experience includes serving as International Mobility Manager at Orano, focusing on policy harmonization and IT tool implementation, and holding positions related to social law and talent development. Sanâa N. holds an Executive Education degree in Management from ESSEC Business School, a Master's in HR and Labor Law, and a Bachelor's in Economic and Social Sciences from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
