Carolyn Poole

Carolyn Poole has over 25 years of experience in sales, hotel operations, and destination management. Carolyn has held various roles in different companies, including Director of Group Sales at InterContinental Hotels Group, Senior Sales at Destination Planners Inc, and National Account Director at Delta Hotels. Carolyn also worked as a Sole Proprietor at CAP HOSPITALITY MARKETING before their current role as Vice President of Global Accounts at ConferenceDirect, where they specialize in site selection, contract negotiation, and strategic meetings management programs.

Carolyn Poole completed their 13 Diploma, O.A.C at St. Mildred's-Lightbourn School from 1983 to 1988. Carolyn then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Hospitality and Tourism Management at Ryerson University from 1988 to 1992.
