In 2011, they transitioned to the role of Director of Global Accounts at ConferenceDirect, where they consult with clients in various market segments, providing expertise in meetings procurement, event technology, and contract negotiation. Their work allows clients to focus on the bigger picture of their meetings and events, ranging from small board meetings to citywide conventions with thousands of attendees.
