Jennifer N. Pic is an experienced professional in organizational development and instructional design, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development and Director of Technical Learning & Development at the Conference of State Bank Supervisors since May 2018. Jennifer manages training programs for call center agents, leads process improvement initiatives, and enhances the user experience through effective learning design. As an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University and formerly at James Madison University, Jennifer has taught various graduate-level courses related to Learning & Development and Adult Education. Jennifer's prior roles include Director of Professional Development and Instructional Design at the Sustainable Forestry Initiative, where budget management and multimedia course development were key responsibilities. With a PhD in Education specializing in Learning Technologies Design Research from George Mason University, Jennifer combines a strong academic background with extensive practical experience in learning and development.

The Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) is the nationwide organization of banking regulators from all 50 states, the District of Columbia, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. At the Conference of State Bank Supervisors, we vibe as "One CSBS" and are dedicated to developing a diverse, inclusive, and equitable culture of belonging.
