Katherine Hoyle

Katherine Hoyle has extensive experience in workforce development and learning services, currently serving as Director of Workforce Development at the Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) since May 2015. Throughout the tenure at CSBS, Katherine has held various roles, including Director of Learning and Development and Program Manager in Learning & Development, focusing on the Accreditation Program and developing critical reports and dashboards for review teams and committees. Prior to this, Katherine worked at Wiley Rein LLP as a Professional Development Senior Administrative Assistant and as a Receptionist/Administrator, enhancing communication and operational efficiency in the Human Resources department. Katherine's early career includes an internship in sales and catering at Hilton San Jose, where interactions with staff and clients were integral to daily operations. Katherine earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and International Business from Drexel University and participated in international education programs.
