Leah Kuo

Leah Kuo is a dedicated professional in public policy and regulatory affairs with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Policy Development at the Conference of State Bank Supervisors since August 2023, Leah has previously held the role of Public Policy Manager at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and Buckley LLP, where oversight of public policy teams was a key responsibility. Earlier experience includes positions as a Public Policy Analyst and Paralegal at Buckley Sandler LLP, focusing on legislative and regulatory developments as well as complex enforcement matters. Leah began a career in consulting for specialty food projects at Product Dynamics, and holds a BA in Anthropology from American University, along with a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago.
