Sebastien Monnet

Sebastien Monnet has been with Conference of State Bank Supervisors since November 2000, where Sebastien currently serves as Vice President - Learning & Development. Prior to that, Sebastien worked at the Kansas Office of the State Bank Commissioner as a Financial Examiner. Sebastien has a B.S. in Finance & Economics from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University. In their current role, Sebastien leads a team of 15 professionals in developing and implementing strategic objectives for learning and development, managing a $4MM budget for training programs and events.
