Dennis Zhuravlev (a.k.a. Crane)

CTO at ConferenceCast

Dennis Zhuravlev, also known as Crane, has over twenty years of experience in software development and related fields. From 1999 to 2000, they were a Data Warehouse Administrator at Kuibyshev Rail Road Computer Center. Dennis then moved to Mercury Development, LLC, where they served as a Software Developer from 2000 to 2001 and a Senior Developer from 2001 to 2004. In 2004, they became the CEO of Indigo Byte Systems, LLC and Dr. Explain software, a company that develops software tools for creating help systems and user manuals. From 2007 to 2014, they were an Associated Professor at Samara State Aerospace University, where they taught students of the Computer Science department. In 2014, they became a Member of the Board at ISDEF, an independent software developers forum. Finally, in 2017, they became the CTO of ConferenceCast.tv, where they are responsible for the design and development of the technological platform behind the marketplace of fast consumable business content from conferences.

Dennis Zhuravlev (a.k.a. Crane) received their Ph.D. in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from Samara State Aerospace University. Dennis also holds a Master degree from the same university, which they obtained between 1996 and 2002.
