Andrea Betsill

Andrea Betsill has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andrea currently works at Confidence Systems as a Senior Customer Success Manager (EU), where they are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction in European markets. Prior to this role, they served as a Process Specialist at the same company, where they focused on streamlining business operations and delivering consistent results.

Before joining Confidence Systems, Andrea founded Iðunn Coaching, a coaching program aimed at empowering young women transitioning from high school to adulthood. Andrea leveraged core energy coaching, hypnotherapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy to help their clients achieve personal growth and success.

In addition to their entrepreneurial endeavors, Andrea has held positions in the healthcare and research fields. Andrea worked as a Medical Scribe at ProScribe, supporting endocrinologists with accurate and detailed documentation of patient encounters. Andrea also gained experience as a Student Assistant at MSD Denmark and as a Lab Volunteer at the Temple University Cognitive Neuroscience Department.

Early in their career, Andrea worked in the retail industry, where they served as an Assistant Manager at Pacific Sunwear and as a Sales Associate. These roles honed their customer service and managerial skills.

Andrea Betsill has a diverse education history spanning different fields of study and institutions. Andrea obtained their Bachelor's degree in Health Professions from Temple University, where they attended from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Integrative Health at Arizona State University from 2016 to 2020. In 2015 and 2016, Andrea attended the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and focused on Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage. Andrea completed their high school education at Central Bucks High School West from 2011 to 2014.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Andrea has obtained certifications in coaching and energy leadership. Andrea achieved the Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification from iPEC Coaching in July 2021 and became an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) from the same institution in June 2021.
