Bhavesh B.

Bhavesh B. has a wealth of experience in the field of governance, security, risk and ethical compliance. Bhavesh has been working in this field since 2004. In 2010, they became the Co-Founder and Chairman of Confident Governance, a company that provides governance, security, risk and ethical compliance collaboration applications. Bhavesh also became the Chairman of EnCrisp, an INC 500 company, in 2004. Additionally, Bhavesh was the Managing Partner of Arneva Capital Partners, a Professional Speaker on Global Trends, Governance & Risk Management, and a Founding Member of NextGen Angels in 2012. In 2018, Bhavesh became the Independent Board of Directors of the Global Emerging Technology Institute, and the same year they were appointed as the Chairman of Programs Maryland/DC for ASUG. In 2010, they were the Founding Chairman of the Cloud Security Alliance - Washington DC Metro and in 2015 they became a CyberSecurity Mentor and Board Advisor for Mach37 Startups.

Bhavesh B. completed a BEng. in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai between 1989 and 1995. Bhavesh then went on to obtain an MBA in International Finance & MIS from the American University - Kogod School of Business between 1995 and 1997. In 2004 and 2005, Bhavesh B. obtained CGEIT and CISM certifications from ISACA. Finally, they were a TiE-SMITH Fellow in Entrepreneurship at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business in 2008 and 2009. Additionally, Bhavesh B. holds 2nd Dan certification from Kukkiwon.
