Iti Mall Koplik is an experienced Nurse Midwife currently serving as the Head of Nursing for family and occupational health care clinics at Confido Meditsiinikeskus since July 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Registered Nurse at SA Tallinna Koolitervishoid from January 2019 to July 2020 and as a Midwife at both AS Lääne-Tallinna Keskhaigla and AS Ida-Tallinna Keskhaigla between December 2016 and January 2020, focusing on perinatal care and in-patient health management. Additionally, Iti served as Vice-Chairman of the student council at Tallinn Health Care College, advocating for student rights and facilitating communication with administration. Iti holds a Professional Higher Education degree in Nurse Midwifery from Tallinna Tervishoiu Kõrgkool and is currently pursuing a Master's degree at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
