Liis Ader

Liis Ader is an experienced professional in health management and project coordination, currently serving as the Confido Health Plan Product Manager since October 2022. Prior to this role, Ader worked as a Project Manager at BTA Baltic Insurance Company AAS, focusing on health insurance partner relations, and held positions at Confido Meditsiinikeskus as a Testing and Vaccination Manager and Project Manager. Ader's earlier experience includes leadership as the Head of the General Department at the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences, overseeing HR and jurisdiction matters, and serving as the Head of Training and Development Department at the Estonian Defence League. Ader began a career in HR at the Estonian Defense Forces. Ader holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior from Tallinn University.
