Pedro Ayala is an experienced analytics professional with a strong background in business intelligence and optimization. Currently serving as the Analytics and Optimization Manager at Confie since September 2020, Pedro has significantly enhanced the contact rate of auto insurance leads through detailed troubleshooting and improvement of autodialer campaigns. Previously, as a Digital Analytics Coordinator at Confie, Pedro utilized Tableau BI solutions to track metrics and key performance indicators across various lead generation channels.
