Laila Kristiansen has worked in various roles since 2000. Laila began their career at AT&T as a Local Exchange Carrier Subject Matter Expert (Tier II Support) in 2000. In this role, they provided tier II support for the Local Exchange Carriers (LEC) interface Function, created and maintained current process, and provided Access Service Request (ASR) and Local Service Request (LSR), ILEC/CLEC system support. Laila also developed process for new product and system testing. In 2002, they became an INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE MANAGER at AT&T, where they managed, and/or supported switch/cell site and/or installation and maintenance, provisioning, dispatch and testing activities at the customer site or a company location for POTS, Specials Services, Designed Services or Data Services. Laila also ensured that all functions performed timely to meet customer and company specifications. In the same year, they took on the role of MANAGER/PROCESS MANAGER, managing, planning, directing and coordinating the provisioning of Business Local Services All in One Unbundled (AIO/UNEP) customer orders meeting monthly projection goals while maximizing productivity levels. Laila also managed escalations to ensure successful completion of customer orders, identified and investigated process gaps and facilitated process improvements using “Best Practices” and quality methods. In 2014, Laila Kristiansen became a Project Manager at Configure, Inc. - Connecting people and machines for better, more cost-effective business outcomes™.

Laila Kristiansen obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Western Connecticut State University in 1996, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General. Laila also holds a SIX SIGMA - GREENBELT CERTIFICATION from AT&T Center of Excellence.
