Peter Hickey has over 30 years of work experience in various roles. Peter began their career in 1988 as a District Director of Sales at ALDI USA, where they increased regional sales by 182% and productivity in the District by 25%. In 1992, they moved to Norstan Communications Inc. as a Senior Account Executive, where they created a custom designed position that increased productivity by 40%. From 1996 to 2023, they worked at AT&T in various roles, including Integrated Solutions & Consulting Senior Sales Manager and Client Business Manager/ Strategic Account Lead/Account Manager. In their roles at AT&T, they generated a consistent $20M/yr. of contracted revenue with high EBIT/Margin, provided aggressive contract and legal negotiations securing over $100 million in revenue, and initiated recommendations for execution of technology road maps ensuring long term cost efficiencies. In 2023, they became the Director of Business Development at Configure, Inc.

Peter Hickey obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Consumer Science / Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1984 and 1988. Peter also has certifications in Security & Business Continuity, Leadership Development, IP Applications & Networks, Rolm PBX Systems Architecture, Understanding Optical Networking, and Frame Relay Networks.
