Rudain Arafeh

Mr. Arafeh established Configure in 1996 to assist clients with complex telecommunication contracting and billing matters. Mr. Arafeh served on the AT&T channel advisory council for several years and has been published in numerous trade publications.

Prior to Configure Inc., Mr. Arafeh was with AT&T in sales and marketing role. Prior to AT&T, Mr. Arafeh worked for SPL World Group, a large consulting firm serving customers with highly complex projects. Mr. Arafeh also co-founded Cygnet Labs, a medical documentation software company. Cygnet Labs grew to become the country’s 4th largest bedside medical software documentation company and was sold to a publicly traded company in 1995. At Cygnet Labs, he led the hardware engineering team and instituted user-group meetings that, at the time, were unique to the industry and was partially credited with the wide acceptance of bedside documentation when computer documentation at the bedside was new and very limited.

Mr. Arafeh continues his love for entrepreneurship to this day, he mentors many startups and individuals starting their own businesses. He currently serves on the board of directors of 2 other firms.
