Carlos V. Serrano Roca is an accomplished engineer and consultant with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Master Engineer 1 at Massy Energy Colombia S.A.S since January 2019, Carlos specializes in the preparation of technical strategic and operational documentation for ECOPETROL. Previous roles include Commercial Manager at Confipetrol S.A.S and Senior Consultant at Bioenergy, Equión Energía Limited, and Stork, where Carlos managed various maintenance and operational contracts, improving service levels and operational efficiency. Carlos's educational background includes an MBA in Project Management from ADEN International Business School and a Master’s Degree in Hydroelectric Centrals, along with a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Industrial de Santander.
