Bonnie Filosa

Bonnie Filosa has been working in the field of customer support and sales for over two decades. Bonnie began their career in 1998 as the Customer Fulfillment Manager at Phamatech, Inc. In 2017, they joined Confirm Biosciences as Sales Manager. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining and growing existing business with current clients, as well as assisting in bringing new clients on board. Bonnie also helped clients better understand the full potential of the company's products and acted as a liaison between the client, account management, and customer service. Additionally, they collaborated with different departments to improve customer support programs and enhance customer satisfaction.

Bonnie Filosa attended San Diego State University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned their Bachelor's degree.
