Syed Muhammad Usman

Syed Muhammad Usman is a seasoned professional in functional consulting with extensive experience in retail and supply chain operations, particularly within Microsoft Dynamics environments. Since July 2021, Syed has served as a Principal Functional Consultant at Confiz, having progressed through various titles including Senior Functional Consultant and Functional Consultant. Prior to this, from December 2020 to July 2021, Syed worked as a Consultant for Cloud Services at Systems Limited. In a previous role as ERP Team Lead at Outfitters Stores from February 2017 to January 2021, Syed managed ERP support for Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance and Operations and led an operational support team. Earlier experience includes working as a System Support Engineer handling Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and developing vital internal reports. Syed's career began as a PHP Web Developer at Plan9, PITB's Tech Incubator. Syed holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The University of Lahore, earned between 2012 and 2016.
