Samuel Berger

Samuel Berger is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in programming and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior IT Programmer Analyst at Conflict Kinetics Corporation since May 2017, Samuel previously held the position of IT Programmer Analyst. Earlier experience includes working as an Undergraduate Research Assistant for the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, where contributions involved updating Montgomery County's Geocoding and manipulating data using ESRI's ArcGIS. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from the University of Maryland, earned in December 2015, and attended Frederick Community College from 2010 to 2012.
