Gerson Sternstein

Gerson Sternstein, MD, is a seasoned professional in healthcare, currently serving as a Faculty and Conflict Resolution Specialist at Conflict Resolution Training Inc. since March 2020. At EnterpriseMD, a venture co-founded with Larendee Roos, Gerson focuses on helping medical practices improve their approach to patient care. An experienced leader, Gerson was a Co-Founder and Medical Director at Paragon Behavioral Health from 2001 to 2011 and held significant roles at Grove Hill Medical Centers, including Department Head of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health from 1991 to 2001. Gerson's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and a Doctor of Medicine from Yale University, along with advanced training in Psychiatry.
