Dakshit Bajaj has a diverse work experience in the field of architecture and design. Dakshit started their career in 2002 as a trainee architect at Charanjit Singh Shah. From there, they worked as a senior architect at KCKV Consultants Pvt. Ltd, where they gained experience in planning and designing different schemes and layouts. Subsequently, they worked at M/s. Galaxy Projects as a senior architect for five years. In 2010, they joined Design & Development as a senior project architect and later became a senior coordinator at design & development india pvt ltd. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as an associate architect at Aeon design and development. In 2015, they joined HCL Corporation as a senior design manager and then moved to Vistar Interior LLP as a design manager from 2016 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Studio Head at Confluence Consultancy Services. Overall, Dakshit Bajaj has gained significant expertise and leadership skills in the architecture and design industry throughout their career.

Dakshit Bajaj graduated from Punjab Technical University with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture in the year 2004. In addition to their formal education, Dakshit also obtained several certifications including FSAI (Fire and Security Association of India) in June 2020, "Initiating and Planning Projects" from Coursera Course Certificates in January 2017, "municipal solid waste management in developing countries" from Eawag in January 2017. Dakshit also holds certifications as a GEM Certified Professional from ASSOCHAM (The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India) and from the Council of Architecture (COA), although the exact dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
