Elizabeth Warner has over 25 years of professional experience in the life sciences industry. Elizabeth began their career in 1995 as a Research Assistant at St. Louis University School of Medicine, Dept. of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, where their primary research focused on the cascade of cellular events that follows the initiation of programmed cell death (apoptosis). In 1999, they joined AVANT Immunotherapeutics as an Associate Scientist II and was later promoted to Senior Associate Scientist. Her primary research at AVANT focused on the construction of attenuated Salmonella-vectored vaccine strains. In 2008, Elizabeth joined Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Biochemist, where their primary research focused on the evaluation of potential imaging agents and/or therapeutic compounds. Elizabeth was later promoted to Senior Pharmacologist, where their work included collection and analysis of the cellular output of the Cellex device, utilizing flow cytometry methods. In 2021, Elizabeth joined Confluence Discovery Technologies as a Principal Scientist.
Elizabeth Warner obtained a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville between 1991 and 1995.
