Phil Bloch is a Managing Senior Ecologist at Confluence Environmental Company, with previous experience as a Landscape Ecologist at Lancashire Wildlife Trust and Washington State Department of Natural Resources. Phil has a background in ecology, environmental assessment, permitting, and conservation planning. Phil has also managed research projects, ecologist programs, and citizen science initiatives throughout their career.
