Tim Reich is a seasoned professional in the field of R&D software data and analytics with extensive experience leading innovative projects across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of R&D Software Data & Analytics at Confluence Genetics, Tim is responsible for strategic initiatives in soy quality trait breeding following the acquisition of Benson Hill's core assets. Previously, Tim played a pivotal role at Benson Hill, architecting a comprehensive data strategy that enhanced breeding operations through automation and machine learning. Earlier in his career, Tim led a data science engineering team at Climate, designing advanced predictive models and facilitating the launch of Climate FieldView. Tim's tenure at Monsanto Company involved transforming global field trial operations and integrating analytics across research programs. Tim holds a Master’s degree in Data Science from Maryville University of Saint Louis and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Missouri State University.
