Sarah Brown

Sarah Brown is an accomplished legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in risk management and regulatory oversight. Currently serving as the Vice President of Risk and Regulatory and Compliance Officer at Confluence Health since June 2016, Sarah supervises compliance and enterprise risk initiatives. Prior to this role, Sarah held various positions within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, including Associate Deputy Director for Regional Operations and Interim Director of Centralized Case Management Operations in the Office for Civil Rights. Sarah's legal career includes roles as Deputy Regional Manager, Supervisory Investigator, and Investigator in the same office, as well as experience as a contract attorney at Carney Badley Spellman, P.S. and as an associate attorney at Allen Matkins. Sarah holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor’s Degree from Wellesley College.
