IT and Engineering

The IT and Engineering team at Confluence Health is responsible for developing, managing, and securing the technological infrastructure that supports the delivery of high-quality patient care across 12 communities in North Central Washington. This includes maintaining and optimizing healthcare applications like Epic, ensuring telecommunications systems are robust, and safeguarding sensitive information. The team works collaboratively to integrate and streamline operations, enhance user experience, and train healthcare professionals on new technologies.
