Eric Hamann

Eric Hamann is a Product Design Engineer at Confluence Outdoor, with experience in concept-to-launch product design for kayaks and components, utilizing various manufacturing methods, including injection molding and machining. Responsibilities include leading design reviews, managing project budgets, and mentoring early-career engineers. Prior to this role, Eric worked at GE Power focusing on production definition engineering and component design for industrial gas turbine combustion parts. Additional experience includes sales and service at Athens Bicycle and a manufacturing engineer co-op at Cooper Standard, where Eric contributed to the design of mechanisms for production quality and safety. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University.
