Bryan Woodard

Bryan Woodard currently serves as Chief Legal Officer at Confluence since October 2025. Prior to this role, Bryan held the position of Executive Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at State Street from December 2015 to March 2025, where Bryan also served as Executive Vice President. Bryan began a legal career as a Senior Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP from September 1995 to August 2003. Before entering the legal profession, Bryan served as a Captain in the United States Air Force from May 1986 to July 1992. Bryan earned a Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
