Kathleen Keenan

Kathleen Keenan is an experienced executive in product management and strategic leadership, currently serving as Chief Product Officer at Confluence since January 2025. Prior to this role, Kathleen held key positions at Broadridge from February 2021 to May 2025, overseeing Mutual Fund and Non Listed Issuer Proxy Solutions as well as Regulatory Communications. Kathleen also contributed as a Senior Advisor at Machine Intelligence from September 2018 to February 2021, and served as Head of Product at GAGNONtax from September 2017 to January 2021, focusing on technology business expansion and product adoption. Early career highlights include the role of Global Head of Web Strategy/Product Management at BISAM from September 2014 to June 2017, where fiscal and strategic leadership was emphasized. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Health Services from Ithaca College and an MBA from UMass Boston.
