Veronica Lemme is an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist currently at Confluence since October 2020, where responsibilities include supporting HR Business Partners and hiring managers with global recruitment needs and focusing on the attraction and retention of qualified candidates. Prior to this role, Veronica served as an Office/HR Administrator at StatPro from October 2011 to October 2020, leading the hiring process, coordinating with hiring managers and HR leadership, as well as managing the onboarding of new employees to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
