Ethan Matter

Ethan Matter is the current Director at Confluent Health. Prior to their current position, they were with Evidence in Motion (EIM), Partners Group, and Mountaingate Capital.

Matter began their career as an M&A Analyst with Lazard from July 2011 to June 2014. Ethan then transitioned to KRG Capital Partners as a Private Equity Associate from July 2014 to July 2017. In May 2016, they joined Mountaingate Capital as a Private Equity Associate and remained with the company until July 2017.

In July 2017, they left Mountaingate Capital to become a Founder / Entrepreneur, Operator with Hinge Analytics CO. Ethan held this position until June 2018 when they took their current position with Confluent Health.

Ethan Matter graduated with a Bachelor of Science in finance from Marquette University. Ethan then went on to study at City University London.
