Meg Dietzel

Meg Dietzel currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Confluent Health, holding the position since November 2022. In addition, Meg is a Member of YPO since November 2020. Prior experience includes significant roles at Patterson Dental, where Meg was Regional President of the Ohio Valley Region and achieved notable revenue growth, and President at Hibiscus iWear, where gross profit tripled. Previous military service includes various leadership positions in the United States Air Force, such as Protocol Officer with the U.S. Pacific Command, earning the Armed Forces Joint Service Commendation Medal. Meg's educational background includes a Master's in Human Resources from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's in Geography (Meteorology) from the University of Colorado Boulder.
