Caitlin Guerra

Caitlin Guerra is a seasoned professional in hospitality and event management, currently serving as the Vice President of Management Services at Confluent Strategies since November 2017. With extensive experience in the event planning industry, Caitlin has also been an Event Production Assistant at Southern Event Planners since May 2013 and previously held the position of Exhibit, Vendor, & Concessions Coordinator at the Mid-South Fair from May 2013 to October 2015. Prior roles include Customer Experience Supervisor at dELiA*s and Crew Member at Chipotle Mexican Grill. Caitlin began their career as a Cheerleading Coach at GYC, showcasing diverse skills in management and customer service. Educationally, Caitlin holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Resort Management from The University of Memphis, completed in 2015, and attended Southwest Community College from 2010 to 2012.
