Bob Lehmann

Bob Lehmann is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in data engineering and solutions architecture. Currently serving as a Staff Solutions Engineer at Confluent since December 2018, Bob helps organizations leverage real-time data processing to transform their operations. Previously, as a Data Platform Architect at Bayer, Bob led the development of the Enterprise DataHub platform, utilizing Apache Kafka for streaming data pipelines. Bob also held various positions, including Performance Engineering Lead at Monsanto Company, Senior Consultant at Daugherty Business Solutions, and Director of IT and Electrical Engineering at Innovative Energy, Inc., where expertise spanned multiple industries such as food and beverage, alternative energy, and pharmaceuticals. Bob's academic background includes a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, respectively.
