Carlo Velo has extensive experience in sales and digital transformation across various regions and sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Commercial Account Executive at Confluent since October 2021, Carlo Velo is responsible for building the SME business in Italy and previously in the Middle East and Africa, leading the full sales cycle with a focus on customer success initiatives. Prior to Confluent, Carlo Velo held leadership roles at Oracle, overseeing digital transformation projects across EMEA, and at VEON, leading procurement and mobile product management. Carlo Velo's career began at Vodafone, where multiple roles in product management and business development contributed to significant revenue growth. Carlo Velo holds a degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
