Carol Cham is a seasoned payroll and HR professional with extensive experience in managing payroll operations across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as Manager of APAC Payroll at Confluent, Carol is focused on process improvement and realignment. Previous roles include Manager of APAC Payroll at Airbnb, Specialist in International Employee Services at Allianz Asset Management/PIMCO, and Specialist in Human Resources Shared Services at InterContinental Hotels Group. With expertise in payroll and HRIS implementation, data migration, and project management, Carol has also held key positions at DOCOMO interTouch Pte.
