Daiva Williams

Daiva Williams is a professional with extensive experience in strategy, risk management, compliance, and business operations. They served at Microsoft from 2019 to 2020, where they implemented governance frameworks and transformed processes, significantly enhancing operational efficiency. Prior to that, Daiva worked at Ernst & Young from 2006 to 2014, focusing on regulatory compliance for financial services, and they also gained experience in GAAP accounting at ABM Industries in 2006. Currently, Daiva is developing regulatory compliance programs at Confluent while pursuing a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on Finance at Washington State University.
