David Jacot is an accomplished software engineer and big data expert with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as an Apache Kafka Committer and PMC member at The Apache Software Foundation since October 2020, alongside a position as Staff Software Engineer II at Confluent since August 2019, David has a strong background in big data infrastructure, having held leadership roles at Swisscom from 2013 to 2018.
