Kaylee Reed

Kaylee Reed is an experienced Employment Law Compliance Counsel at Confluent since October 2021, having also served as a Senior Employee Relations Specialist. Prior to this role, Reed worked as the Director of Human Resources and Legal Counsel at Trustpoint.One, where responsibilities included advising management on HR matters and ensuring compliance with regulations. Experience at ExpressJet Airlines encompassed legal counsel on labor and employment law, policy drafting for the Employee Handbook, and compliance with collective bargaining agreements. Additional legal experience includes serving as an Attorney-Advisor at the Federal Labor Relations Authority and various law clerk positions, including at AARP and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Reed holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from Hampton University.
