Melinda Cho

Melinda Cho is an experienced professional in human resources information systems, currently serving as Director of HRIS specializing in Workday HCM at Confluent. Previously, Melinda held the position of Director of People Systems at Etsy and worked as a Senior Principal Consultant leading Workday HCM implementation projects at DayNine, which was acquired by Accenture. Melinda started a career in business operations as a Business Analyst at Forest Laboratories, now known as Allergan, and began in the field of workforce communication and change management as an Associate at Mercer. Melinda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University and a Masters Certificate in Business Analysis from Villanova University.
