Molly (Stark) Blank is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global talent operations and people experience. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Global Talent Operations & Strategy at Confluent, Molly has previously held significant roles at Medallia, including Director and Senior Manager in Global People Experience and Operations. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Programs Manager and Programs Manager for Global Talent Operations at ServiceNow, as well as an advisory role on the Customer Advisory Board at Lever.
