Nicole Degennaro

Nicole DeGennaro is an accomplished Account Executive currently working at Confluent since December 2022, specializing in Digital Native and Growth Businesses, and has been recognized with the Startup MVP of the Year for 2024 as well as being a member of the Presidents Club for the same year. Prior to this, Nicole was an Account Executive for Startups and Growth Businesses at CDW from May 2019 to November 2022, where earlier roles included Small Business Account Representative and Sales Intern. Nicole also gained valuable experience as a Sales Intern at Cen-Med Enterprises, and as a Student Fundraiser at Ruffalo Noel Levitz, demonstrating strong skills in sales strategy and relationship management. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Delaware, completed in 2020.
