Nikhil Bhatia is currently the Director of Engineering at Confluent, focusing on Storage and Kora 2, including Tableflow, Cluster Linking, and Security. Previously, they served as a Principal Software Engineer at Microsoft from 2005 to 2019, working on Azure Compute, Bing Search, and Core Operating Systems. Nikhil also has experience as a Member of Technical Staff at OSS Systems and as an R&D Engineer at Tejas Networks. They are an alumnus of USC and IIT Roorkee.
