Jakub Troszok

Jakub Troszok is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and software development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Craft.co since November 2021, Jakub has previously held roles such as Engineering Manager and Staff Data Engineer within the same company. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Data Engineer at Upwork from August 2020 to October 2021, and Product Engineering Lead at Roundforest from January 2016 to August 2020. Jakub has also served as CTO at both MONK Software and Webmonks, and began career as a Senior Software Engineer at MIPC SA in Brazil and NoMachine. Academically, Jakub holds multiple degrees in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from INSA Lyon, and studied at Sapienza Università di Roma.
