Prachetaa R. is a highly experienced technology leader currently serving as a Senior Manager at Confluent since July 2019. In this role, Prachetaa proposed and spearheaded the development of a multi-tenant workload placement platform for Confluent Cloud, establishing a strategic vision and building a team of 13. Prachetaa's expertise includes creating efficient workload placement solutions across multiple cloud providers and developing tools for internal customers. Prior to Confluent, Prachetaa held various engineering roles at Delphix and VMware, contributing to the development of scalable SaaS platforms and improving operational processes. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
