Radhika Kapur

Radhika Kapur currently serves as the EMEA GSI Partnerships Leader at Confluent, starting in November 2023, and also holds a position as a Board Trustee at the Rose Theatre within the KINGSTON THEATRE TRUST since September 2023. Radhika is actively involved as an investor and advisor for multiple companies including JetLearn, eDRV, and Tuktu Care Inc. Previously, Radhika worked as the Director of EMEA Partners & Alliances at Alteryx from July 2021 to September 2023, focusing on enabling digital transformations for professional services firms. Radhika's prior experience includes a Director role at KPMG UK LLP from November 2014 to July 2021 and various strategic and consulting roles at Wates Group, Ballou PR, and The INSIGHT Alliance. Radhika holds an MBA in General Management from INSEAD, a BSc in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech, and an HSc in Science from St. Xavier's College.
