Seth Catalli currently serves as VP, Global Head of ISV Embedded Sales at Confluent, leading growth in the embedded business for independent software vendors (ISVs) and managed service providers (MSPs). Prior to this role, Seth held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Globality, Inc., where responsibilities included driving go-to-market strategies for AI Agents in enterprise procurement. At UiPath, Seth served in multiple roles, culminating as SVP of Global Strategic Engagements and Transformation Team, successfully leading initiatives for business transformation through automation. Earlier career experiences include regional sales leadership roles at SAP and DataSift. Seth holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and completed an Executive Leadership Development Program at Harvard Business School.
