Swati Manocha is a cybersecurity and data privacy professional currently serving as the Office of the CISO Trust Lead at Confluent. With a career spanning over a decade, Swati has focused on helping organizations achieve compliance in complex areas like cyber security, data privacy, and cloud security across the US, Europe, and India. They hold multiple certifications, including CIPP/E and CISA, and have experience working with regulations such as DPDPA and GDPR. Prior to joining Confluent, Swati held various roles at EY, where they led global compliance projects and managed key client relationships in diverse industries. Swati began their professional journey at Philips and Infosys, gaining foundational experience in technology development and systems engineering.
