Truc Nguyen

Truc Nguyen is a highly experienced software engineer with a focus on data solutions and software verification. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Confluent since November 2022, Truc previously held the position of Senior Software Data Engineer at Jagex from January 2020 to November 2022, specializing in end-to-end data lake warehouse solutions on AWS/Snowflake. Truc's earlier experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at GeoSpock Ltd., where big data solutions were developed on AWS, and posts as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and Research Fellow at the University of Southampton, concentrating on automated verification techniques for concurrent programs. Truc’s educational background includes a PhD in Software Verification and a BE in Software Engineering from the University of Southampton, along with a BEng in Computer Science from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.
